Position : Account Assistant
Working Hours : 8.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
Working Location: Toa Payoh
• Perform daily entry of AP and AR data into Excel file and accounting software
• Perform reconciliation of bank statements, invoices, purchase order and relevant documents
• Generate month end reports for checking and verification
• Liaise with customers on timely payments of invoices
• Prepare and compile GST for quarterly submission
• Manage petty cash and maintain payment records
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Possess professional qualification in accounting
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in Excel.
• Hand on experience in ERP accounting software.
