Perform double entry accounting to record and process all business transactions such as (sales, purchases, payables, receivables, cash, inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance cost) in the accounting system
Reconciling of accounts payables/receivables
Preparation of relevant accounting schedule
Assist in cash management and payment processing to clients
Preparation and filing of GST for clients
Payroll processing activities such as:
Computation of payroll details (Including calculation of OT, allowance etc.)
Payroll disbursement
Leave management
Preparation of IR8A
Job Requirements
Xero accounting software knowledge is a MUST.
Min diploma in accounting, finance, business, or related field
Min 1 years of related work experience
Computer literacy eg, microsoft word, excel, outlook
Willing to learn and have initiative and be proactive at work
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask
Able to work independently and in a team
