✔️Prepare invoices and credit notes to customers and proper filing ✔️Receive, record and bank-in receipts on a daily basis ✔️Match receipts to invoices and apply out in the system ✔️Print and circulate monthly statement of accounts with reminders and follow up ✔️Generate and review AR aging on a regular basis ✔️Assist in month-end and year-end closing ✔️Prepare related journals, schedules and reconciliations (AR and Bank) ✔️Prepare sales report and wait list for sales team ✔️Prepare P&L statement and sales commission ✔️Handle Letter of Credit as and when required ✔️Others as assigned
