Job Description

Responsibilities:
Perform financial and management accounts related activities such as book-keeping and the preparation of required reports.
Reconcile and monitor cash activity, preparing of payment vouchers, claims and reimbursement etc.
Conduct daily sales checking, tally and input sales figures, salesman commission and product incentives.
Prepare monthly sales report for individual outlet and individual salesman.
Provide administrative support to business operation activities.
Liaise with external auditors, shopping malls and other relevant stakeholders.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.


Job Requirements

Requirements:
Posses an inquisitive and positive mind-set and is detailed and task-oriented.
Proficient in computer skills and is able to work independently.
Solid understanding of basic book-keeping and AP/AR principles
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
Able to liaise with mandarin-speaking salesman.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level with LCCI Intermediate or equivalent.
5 day work week, 9am to 6pm
