•AP invoices entries. •AP inter-company invoices entries. •GST entries and payment entries. •Reopen & close of AR & AP invoices, PO entry. •Process supplier invoice and cheque payment. •To process expenses claim and petty cash reimbursements. •Ad-hoc duties when required. •Involvement in finance improvement projects assigned by local FC and Group Finance.
•At least LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / CAT / GCE ‘A; level with a credit in principle of account. For Executive level, completed ACCA foundation stage. •Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. •Able to work on tight deadlines. •Good interpersonal skills to interact with departments. •Bilingual (English / Mandarin). •At least 1 year relevant working experience, 3 years for Executive level. •Detailed and Meticulous. Positive working and learning attitude, strong adaptability. Able to handle stress. •Team player.
