Reporting to the Senior Manager/Executive Director, the incumbent supports the entire team with day-to-day operations in admin and accounts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
General Admin Duties
Answering phone, customer service enquiries etc
General day-to-day administrative duties
General Finance Duties
Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR), payroll, CPF, HR, GST & tax matters
Maintenance of proper accounting records & filing system
Handle petty cash & expenses
Liaising with Group Finance Executive and auditors & preparing statements for yearly audit
Any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
Min. O levels with accounting, or LCCI qualifications.
Min. 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience
Able to work independently
Strong sense of integrity, responsibility with a positive attitude
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Meticulous and very detailed-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Xero
