- Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function, as and when necessary. - Provide sales and local purchasing support in terms of keying sales orders, preparing sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring paperwork is filed properly. Learn sales coordinating work for all Sales divisions. - Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate on local deliveries and overseas shipments. - Ensure completeness of billing documents, proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records. - Perform admin tasks as and when required. - Ad-hoc accounts monitoring and other duties as and when required.
• Minimum Diploma and above • At least 2 years of experience in accounting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. • Ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines. • Ability to work under stress with good sense of responsibility and attention to details.
