Job Description

Location:
Orchard

Responsibilities:
Coordinating with clients and staffs to handle a variety of pre-sales/post-sales service functions.
Handling order fulfilment processes, application assistance, product information and contract issues/administration.
Assisting with clients' general enquiries and transfer to other department when required.
Document actions taken via internal system.

Working Hour:
Mon to Fri
8.30am to 6pm

Salary:
$2200-$2400
