Job Description

"HR:
MOM renewal work permit.
Issue of work permit.
Call to book tickets for foreign workers.
Prepare workers salaries.
Check in and out daily movement workers stay at the dormitory.

Admin:
Issuing of invoices and cheques.
Purchase order.
All general admin work.
Dealing with town council and HDB project R&R works."

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in HR / Admin
Fluent in spoken Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
Proficient in MS Office
Full-Time
5 Days, 8 hours
