1.Oversee all procurement, billing, filing, tracking and administrative matters according to the SOP and in a timely manner. 2.Ensure smooth operations at Sports & Social facilities 3.Liaise with partners and contractors for maintenance and facilities operations. 4.Assist in scheduling, leave, and claims of all staff under the department. 5.Weekly update of all facilities usage statistics. 6.Monthly preparation of reports and collation of data. 7.Ensure pantry items, stationery and any logistics for facilities are fully stocked and prepared. 8.Assist to conceptualise, plan, and execute activities, events and promotions organized by the Club. 9.Manage the main reception and bowling counters when needed. 10.To ensure compliance of Rules and Bye-Laws at the various facilities. 11.Maintain an updated list of contacts of vendors, trainers, and suppliers. 12.Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
