Job Description

•Attend to all calls.
•Assist with walk-in customers on their enquiries.
•Register participants for programmes.
•Follow up calls with participants on the confirmed classes.
•Update all programme registrations to each module main file.
•Identify all payment mode for each programme.
•Assist in issuance of receipts.
•Confirm attendance and send payment advice to participants for making payment according to the selected payment mode.
•Check for payment notification and update payment information for each programme.
•Create participants’ profile in the Trainees Information Management System (TIMS)
•Create the course fee list for the upcoming classes.
•Finalise course fee list after the end of each class for submission to finance.
•Assist in the issuance of Statement of Attainment (SOA).
•Handle all customers’ complaints tactfully and ensure SIC is kept informed promptly of any feedback that requires follow-up action.
•Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

Location : 

11 Eunos Road 8 , Singapore 408601

Timing :

Monday to Thursday :  08.30 AM to 06.00 PM 

Friday : 08.30 M to 05.30 PM

Job Requirement : 

Minimum 'O' Level Qualification with 4 Passes Including English
