- Handling of phone calls.
- Handling general administrative duties and filing of reports.
- Prepare work order, purchase order & invoices for service team.
- Provide coordination and general support to the team.
- Perform any ad-hoc and projects assigned.
- Minimum “O” Level and above.
- With working experience are preferred.
- Willing to learn.
- Good team player.
- Must be proficient with MS Excel, Words & Outlook.
- Autocount Accounting Software will be an advantage.
- Capable of working independently under minimum supervision.
