Job Description

1. Check through the entire physical and digital documents to determine the availability of internal approval for Contract Variations (CV);
2. For CVs where the client's internal approval document cannot be located, check for email or signed request for approval form or minutes of meeting where the decisions for CVs were recorded; 
3. Organize and master documents for external audit;
4. Prepare and submit the requested document to the external auditor and
5. Any other duties assigned

Work Schedule:
Location: Near Lavender MRT Station

Working Hours:
Contract Duration: 1 Year 
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am to 6 pm 
Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm 
Salary: TBA 

Job Requirements

(Staff 1)
1. Professional certification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying for construction projects and is competent in taking-off quantities and bills of quantities
3. Knowledgeable in construction conditions of contract, standards forms of measurement


(Staff 2)
1. Proficient in English
2. Prior experience in construction contract management or Quantity Surveying preferred but not necessary
3. Demonstrates a meticulous and thorough work ethos with an organized and systematic mindset
4. Possess good data management capabilities
