Job Description

Responsibilities
- Backlog SO (tidying up SOs)
- Liaise with admin team/buyer/IT/Finance
- Work with suppliers with regards to payment and SOAs
- Updating status for invoices level
- Create AX code
- Assist to follow up on rebates from supplier.
- Assist with WH invoices with pricing issues (verify with buyers and liaise with supplier)
- Ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

- 2 years of experience in administrative support or related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adapt to changing work requirements
- Able to multi-task and work under deadlines
- Competent in Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries, issues and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking  buyers and suppliers in regards with the rebates, payment, invoices and other related matters.)
