Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to warehouse/delivery managers in daily operations
-Maintain office and warehouse operations by communicating with landlord,contractors,vendors,partners and -correspondence
-Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance; arrange repairs and monitor equipment operation.
-Maintain supplies through checking inventory levels and making necessary orders.
-Maintain company’s equipment/properties and handle petty cash.
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Working days: 5.5days per week (alternate saturdays)

Working hours: 09:30 – 18:30

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must posse at least N-Level Certificate
-Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (Spoken and Written) to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel)
-Have good communication and planning skills
-Possesses initiatives and creativity to drive process improvements
-A good team player
-Able to work in warehouse office environment (air-conditioned)
Candidates that are able to start on short notice period will be advantageous-
