ADMIN CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
•Attend to query or complaints
•Monitoring jobs and back up
•Reporting and update Re-work’s Schedule
•Issue Installation’s Service Report & Invoices
•Prepare Quotations & Sales Contract.
•Attending to incoming Sales orders and enquiries.
•Prepare Invoices, Purchase orders and delivery orders
•Process Sales documentations, basic administrative duties and data entry.
•Support sales team in day to day operations.
•Any other adhoc assignment from the management
Job Requirements
Requirements:
•Good customer service skills
•Good telephone etiquette,
•Ability to lead and deploy the team of technicians.
•With Engineering experience would be an advantage
