Location: Bedok North
6 days work week; from 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Handling customers’ queries, order processing, answering hotlines, replying emails, sending quotations, daily updating of delivery schedules etc.
• Assist clients with product selection
• Liaise with logistics, kitchen and packing department - update them regarding any changes in order or when there is any new order coming in
• Book-keeping, filing, data-entry jobs.
• Keep office clean and tidy, weekly housekeeping required
• Bilingual preferred
• Able to work on public holidays if required
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Bilingual (Mandarin and English) Preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer
- Able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends if required
