-Provide day to day general administrative support
-Taking minutes of meeting, scheduling and coordinating meetings
-Screen through incoming mails, assist on documents and arrangement of local and overseas courier services
-Provide and maintain general administrative work of HR & Admin Department
-Manage daily general administration:
•Maintain office facilities
•Pantry stock supplies
•Lift maintenance, Lift permit renewal
•Fire extinguisher renewal
•Office cleaning duty schedules and arrangements
-Renewal coordination and manage for office & concept store insurance renewal
-Concept store opening and closing administrative support. (Network, CCTV installation and configuration, Printer, broadband renewal, broadband termination)
-Support and purchase for concept stores
-Organising of company corporate events, in charge of event purchases, programme, venue booking.
-Any other administrative support required on an ad-hoc basis
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service or equivalent.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Good interpersonal skills, teamwork and can-do attitude
