•Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
•Perform all financial transactions inclusive of invoicing, credit notes, payments and payrolls
•Perform bank reconciliation monthly
•Accounting and HR Systems entries
•Ensure that all records are updated and filed properly, accurately, in timely manner
•Ensure upkeep of office premises and equipment
•Liaise and follow up on grant/claim/submission applications
•Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
