Location : Outram/HarbourFront

Position : Admin Officer

Contract period : 1 year from commencement

Salary : $14.50 per hour

Working hours :

Mon – Thurs : 9am – 6.30pm, Fri : 9am – 6pm with an hour lunch break

Job scope :
The Admin Officer will be deployed to Regulatory Compliance and Enforcement (RCE)//HLTC :

Home and Long Term Care Team :
The primary job scope of the Admin Officer will be in the areas of supporting the administrative and audit works of the Home & Long Term Care team.  This includes Nursing Home Inspections, and Centre-Based Care and Home Care audits:
1.Planning, tracking, scheduling and liaising for audit visits
2.Collating and filling of audit reports and email correspondences
3.Planning and scheduling meetings and events for the team
4.All other administrative work as need

The Admin Officer will be working closely with Assistant Manager (Home & Long Term Care) to perform the above task.  It is necessary for the Admin Officer to have good command of English.

Job Requirements

Min Qualification : Degree in Nursing, Allied Health (Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy), Biomedical Science related

Mandatory Skills
Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, access, Powerpoint)
Able to use Basic Microsoft Office applications, particularly on excel and word)
Able to write well
