Position: Administrative Assistant
Working hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Working Location: Tuas
Job Scope:
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, contractor and supplier
• Assist in Vending department
• Provide administrative support for sales and technical team
• Perform update of stock status and job status on daily/weekly/monthly
• Prepare sales/stock report
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'O' level
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
• Service-oriented and meticulous ability
