Work closely with admins and team-members to ensure claims processing are in order and smoothen workflow.
Counter check all claims prepared by team-members, to ensure documents are complete and in order before submitting to management for approval.
Where necessary, provide guidance and support new team members.
Liaise with company representatives on funding rules or appeals.
Update internal database and prepare reports.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned"
"O Level and above, preferably with experience in claims processing
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Words
Meticulous, independent and works well in a team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to adapt to changes quickly in dynamic environment"
