Location : Nanyang Ave

Position : Administrative Assistant (HR)

Contract period : Immediate for 3 – 6 months

Working hours : Mon – Thurs : 8.30am – 5.45pm, Fri : 8.30am to 5.15pm

Job Description: 
1.Part-Time Teaching Staff Administration 
•Support hiring (e.g. check compensation form, budget availability)  
2.Research Staff Administration  
•Support hiring, on-boarding and exit matters  
•Liaise with PIs and Research Office 
3.Management and Support Officers (MSOs) HR Administration 
•Support MSO Award administration (e.g. printing certificates) 
4.General HR & Administration Duties  
•Support management of Faculty Office Keys 
•Support any other ad-hoc duties and requests  

Job Requirements

Min Diploma holder with HR administrative experience with an offered salary ranges from $2,800 - $3,000 with relevant working experience.
•Prior experience in the education sector and Workday System will be an added advantage 
•Proficient in Microsoft Office application 
•Possess good written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills 
•Meticulous with an eye for details and capable of working in a demanding and fastpace environment  
•Pro-active and able to work independently and in a team 
•Able to handle confidential information sensitively
