Administrative Tasks: Answering phone calls and enquiries Day to day filing. Assist finance to chase for payment. Assist finance in monthly billing of containers & repair jobs. Assist finance in simple book-keeping duties such as keying in supplier invoices. Assist sales in typing out quotations. Purchase / procurement of materials & equipment. Keep track of incoming retail orders and assist to pack orders to be sent out. Liaise with 3rd party logistics for collection of retail orders. Perform stock-take. Liaise with factory and reorder stock. To update container stock in container management system (CMS) every morning – incoming and outgoing containers Keep track of units that are to be turned in. Update customers on pick up & collection details. View estimation of repairs and approve if necessary. Liaise with suppliers / transportation companies for movement of containers.
