Job Description

Established SME Company with about the work strength of 80 headcount in Singapore. 

Liaised with Corporate and Commercial Clients. 
Answer phone calls and ensures all service issues and requests are handled effectively. 
Work closely with the AMS Team - (Application Management Services). 
Troubleshooting software, utilize operational support systems including Change Control, Logger Support and to learn company software system operating.
Procedures, documentation and controls for AMS OPERATION.
On-the-job training is given before job probation period. 
Report to Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

JURONG EAST, 5 DAYS, 8.30 am to 6 pm with 1 hr lunch break.
Starting monthly pay S$1,800 to 2,000 – WORKING IN CALL CENTRE/CONTROL ROOM OFFICE ENVIRONMENT – CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

For job probation and salary inclement based on employee's overall performance.
OT subjected to Management approval.
