Job Description

- Manage monthly invoices, cash collection report, cash deposits and bad debts
- Prepare of quarterly MOH claims report
- Manage Petty Cash, Payment Vouchers and Vendor invoices
- Make home visits and meet patients and family members to complete admission and discharge process
- Provide Financial Counselling to new patients and family members
- Answering phone enquiries from patients and the general public
- Participate in team patient-care meetings
- Ensure proper documentation of asset loan equipment and equipment 
- Manage procurement needs for centres
- Perform quarterly Patient/Caregiver Care Survey
- Assist in periodic self-audit
- Assist in office maintenance duties
- Scheduling of home visit appointments

Job Requirements

- At least a GCE “N”/”O” Levels certificate
- Certificate in accounting is advantageous
- At least 3 years in an administrative role
- Multilingual is a benefit
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Monday to Friday (44 hours/week), actual working hours correspond with 
  operational hours of respective centre
