- Performs skilled cooking and food preparation of a wide variety of foodstuffs. - Prepare sushi and sashimi dishes. - Estimates food needs, reviews inventory to assure that adequate supplies are available, requisitions food and other supplies from stockroom - Supervises storage and use of leftover foodstuffs and uncooked products. - Inspects, supervises and participates in the cleaning of kitchen. - Ensures that appropriate sanitation and safety standards are met Singapore SFA requirement - Packages and freezes food to comply with NEA regulations. - Maintains records of food prepared and served and supplies used. - Managing of inventory records - Understands and complied with Safe Management Measures at workplace - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
