You will work in partnership with line departments to plan and manage all Admin matters of the department to ensure effective and efficient implementation of Admin policies. You will be responsible for the following: New Printer implementation - Supervision of the contractor for the setting up, installation and coordinate with ITD and users for the new printers - Work with contractor to troubleshoot and attend to malfunctioning/queries during the set-ups - Coordinate with department POCs on installation schedules - Any other ad-hoc duties pertaining the implementation and liaison with the contractor and end users Admin office supplies - Manage the (remaining) office supplies as well as usage and replenishment records for various sites - Physical stock count of inventories (e.g. printers, toners) - Alerting supervisors on the need for replenishments - Arranging for shredding of documents such as MP letters/appeals (approved by RMD) Digital Mailroom - Assist in the implementation of the Digital Mailroom - Manage vendor and attend to feedback from end-users - Assist in overseeing day to day mailing administrative process to ensure smooth operation - Work closely and manage the incumbent vendor on the transition - Assist in carrying out quality checks on the works during the implementation Any other work assigned by the supervisor Contract Duration: 3 months Contract Start Date: July 2021 Working Days: 5-day work week Working Location: 40 Scotts Road Minimum Educational Qualification: N-Level Salary: $7.80-$9.20/hr
