Job Description

As an Assistant Executive in the Administration and Facilities Management Department, you will be part of the team under the Logistics and Site Management Section that supports the development, management, and maintenance of HQ and centralised offsite premises. You are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations including the following:

- Digital Mailroom related
  Perform mailing services (including fold and post letters, preparation of Article Registered letters and necessary documentation)
  Collate mail/ documents for collection by courier service to Environment Building, HDB Hub and
  Sort and disseminate the incoming mail to officers via pigeon hole
- Issue non-standard stationery
- Perform inventory checks of the onsite paper stockpile and put up purchases for replenishment.
- Attend to walk-In enquiry and feedback from staff.
- Assist to conduct routine checks on systems and buildings and carry out verification or minor troubleshooting onsite
- Assist to grant / terminate door access for new hire or exiting staff
- Assist to sort and retag rooms / cabinets keys in key press
- Assist on workstation management (prepare label, update floorplan)
- Where necessary, supervise contractors and ensure minor work (e.g. grass cutting, light bulb replacement) is completed as per requirements/ feedback
- Managing the admin duties related to IPs (in particular to be on site to provide support for the round-robin trips on Monday/Wednesday/Friday to facilitate the despatch of hardcopy documents)

Contract Duration: 3 months
Contract Start Date: July 2021
Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Locations: Bukit Merah, Sin Ming, Tannery Lane, Tuas (May need to rove between sites on different days)
Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma
Salary: $10.80-$11.90/hr

Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
