•Checking through application form to ensure all the personal particulars and data has met the registry requirement.
•Accurate entry of data records and demographic data
•Handle emails and deal with enquiries from public to resolve issues on the application processes
•Operate common computer applications and report system errors in timely manner
•Liaising with data source providers for data quality issues.
•Manage challenging situations and handle angry customers to resolve issues amicably
•Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm
Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Immediate)
