Salary offered could be up to $7K. Need experience candidates who have handled recruitment, especially in technology sector.

Job Responsibilities and Job RequirementsResponsibilities
•Handle full spectrum of recruitment work which includes:
oSourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, advertisements, job portals, LinkedIn etc
oPrepare and post recruitment advertisements
oConduct interviews and facilitate discussions
oPropose and make recommendations on salary packages
oManage staff requisition process to ensure appropriate information is presented to management for approval
oCommunicate offers, benefits and terms to selected candidates.
•Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and provide advice to various stakeholders on recruitment matters
•Manage pre-boarding to ensure good new hire experience prior to joining IMDA
•Conduct recruitment data analytics for updating of recruitment status and providing recruitment insights to line managers and HRBP
•May be involved in recruitment related projects, such as supporting campus outreach activities
Degree in HR, Engineering or any related discipline
Possess minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment – experience in recruitment for tech industry will be advantageous
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Good written and oral communication skills
Good team player and able to engage stakeholders
