Position : Assistant Manager or Manager (International Cooperation Branch)

Qty required : 2 pax

Min Qualification : Degree 
Relevant Fields of Study – a public health/life science/international relations degree will be an advantage

Working hours : Mon – Fri : 8hrs per day, likely with weekend OT of 5 hours/day (for Saturday/Sunday).

Job scope :
You will be part of the team responsible for MOH international response to COVID-19 and for profiling Singapore's health system to our international stakeholders. 

Job responsibilities may include: 
• Staff MOH senior officials and principals for international meetings (e.g., scheduling, conduct research to prepare notes/talking points for principals, logistic support, taking minutes) 
• Ensure timely response to queries from other agencies and international counterparts 
• Develop policies and coordinate with different stakeholders to implement them 
• Plan, support and coordinate incoming and outgoing visits

Job Requirements

• Preferably 2 years' of working experience with relevant skill-sets 
• A pleasant disposition, meticulous, strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
• A keen interest in Singapore's healthcare policies and international affairs 
• A team player who is self-motivated to initiate and see through projects
