•Manage and prepare quantity food production. •Control and direct food preparation process and any other relative activities. •Ensuring quality of food production through productive methods. •Lead and oversee a team during production. •Plan production schedule according to demand. •Work with purchasing manager to assess arrival of orders and future product needs. •Maintain inventory of production stock and equipment. •Maintain healthy food cost and controls of wastages. •Supervise proper storage and cleanliness of production kitchen. •Ensure proper sanitation and food safety guidelines are maintained. •Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions. •Perform all reasonable requests from the management team. •Collaborate with R&D to produce new or existing culinary creations. •Maintain records of overtime payroll and attendance.
•Minimum 5 years of food production supervisory/management experience. •Culinary education and/or training preferred. •Excellent volume cooking skills. •Strong leadership and management skills. •Proficient computer skills in MS office. •Excellent communication skills (in English and Chinese) and good listening skills. •Ability to handle many tasks at once and effectiveness in a fast-paced work environment. •Thoroughness, attention to details, and excellent organizational skills. •Good decision-making and ability to proactively make changes as needed. •Ability to communicate effectively with associates, management, clients and vendors if necessary. •Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate business volume. •Understand quantity food production methods.
