- Ensure smooth daily operations in the FOH and BOH
- Appraise team members performance and provide coaching
- Strategize manpower planning to support operational needs within budget
- Implement plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize wastage
- Assist in administrative duties and management reporting

Job Requirements

- Min. 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B
- Work well in a team
- Passion for the F&B and hospitality industry
