Description Responsibilities: • Welcome guests, overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures. • Ensure that a high standard of service is delivered by the restaurant at all times. • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. • Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy bistro environment. • Understand and comply with all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines in service. • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility cleanliness. • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times. • Ensure the daily ENT reports and service leader AVCs are submitted on time. • Manage daily reservation system together with call centre team. Keeping track of all guest needs and requirement. • Efficiently maximize seating of Dining Room, periodically visits dining area to interact with guests. • Ensure all menu (food, beverage, wine list) are in good and presentable condition. • Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times. • Perform other duties as directed by Manager.
Requirements: • Candidate must be a Singaporean with at least a GCE” O” level certificate or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality Services • Prior experience in F&B service with good food and wine knowledge • Experience as a supervisor in F&B will be an added advantage • Customer service oriented with a positive mindset • Nice presentation and above average communication skills are a must • Team player with a desire to learn and move upwards depending on new opportunities • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in F&B or service related field Apply: Interested applicants please bring along full resume and walk in for interview at Blk 15 Dempsey Road S(249675) from Mon to Sun between 2pm to 6pm to apply for the position.
