Responsibilities 
• Response to technical issues ( Escalator breakdown & Gantry faulty) and emergency situations (accidents & crowd control)
• Any Ad-Hoc Duties
• Perform maintenance when required (Escalator, Ticketing gantry, Train)
 • Assist in customers' enquiries
