Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager (Yew Tee)

Job Description

- To build positive business relationship, provide leadership, coaching, consulting to the assigned stores in delivering excellent service and quality to meet customers' satisfactions at all times.
- Support superior in contributing positive business results to the area.
- Protect brand's and stores' image and cleanliness in ensuring stores structures, equipment and fixtures are in good condition, clean and housekeeping duties are performed routinely.
- Ensure service staff suggestive sell at all times to bring up the sales, average check and meet promotion target.
- Assist superior to achieve area and company business results as needed.
- Ensure stores perform shift control and all tasks are in accordance to standards consistently.
- Train and develop staff
- Other duty as assigned
