Responsibilities: - Possess basic knowledge of Mooncake making, assist in the process of mooncake filling and stamping - Able to handle baking and other production equipment - Able to perform quality control and reject inferior products
- Able to commit 6 days/week, 8am - 5pm - Preferably 1 year working experience as a Pastry Assistant/ Baker or related roles - Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process. - Able to work in a fast-paced, production kitchen environment.
