- Possess basic knowledge on bakery arts, outlet flow and all production workstations
- Able to setup and perform topping,oven, table, proofer settings, chiller setting, oven settings independently
- Able to perform quality control and reject inferior products
- Candidates with at least 1 year of prior experience in similar role in another bakery organization
- Available to work on weekends / public holidays as assigned in roster.
- 6 days, 8 hours per shift
- Rotational shift (AM 7am-4pm)
