BAR SPECIALIST

Job Description

Prepare sandwich, snacks or any other food items at the bar
•Prepare a given range of beverages upon receiving orders
•Prepare desserts and garnish dessert items.
•Familiarise the workflow of the kitchen and bar area to ensure smooth flow of food and orders during operations
•Conduct opening and closing duties
•Conduct stock inventory and place order for the bar area
•Ensure the quality of the food and beverages is consistent
•Maintain a sanitary environment at the bar area

Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Bar Supervisor from time to time.
