•Responsible for efficient service of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages from the bar •Strict adherence to standards operating procedures, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements and practices •Responsible for the cleanliness of the bar and its operating equipment •Assist in the beverage inventory for requisition and usage daily •Prepares all mixes and garnishes •Serve all guests within the bar area in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner •Ensure proper cash management procedures •Reports all equipment, people issues to the Supervisor promptly •Assist floor operations as and when needed •Adheres to Company policies and procedures at all times •Adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor
