Job Description

Mixing and serving lcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tobacco and snacks.
Billing of charges
Taking orders and reparing mise en place
Maintains cleanliness
Set up bar equipment and draught beer. Flush draft beer pipes, cleans glasses and ash trays.
Checks and replenishes bar-stock and carbon dioxide
Safekeeping of stock under lock and key upon closing of the bar.

Job Requirements

1.Diploma for a local institution.
2.1 year bartending experience.
