Job Description

You will use your love of all things beauty and skincare to provide advice and guidance to your customer while driving sales growth and brand awareness, working towards meeting our sales budgets as well creating lasting relationships with our customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will develop a solid understanding of our products and their uses and applications, to create memorable shopping experiences and deliver the highest quality of service.
- Familiarize with the various Japanese Skin care products and their uses.
- Able to draw and prepare cute "Japanese Style" introductions to the brand and products.
- Provide expert advice to customers on the right products to suit their needs and skin types.
- Developing strong connections with your customers to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions.
- General store operations – including visual merchandising and managing inventory, stocktake and general housekeeping.
