As a Bellman, you will assist residents with luggage, greet them upon arrival and departure and coordinate with your colleagues from the Guest Service Department to provide a smooth and pleasant stay for all our residents. You will be creating a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and providing a sense of home away from home. You will report to the Bell Captain / Security Manager / Guest Service Manager. Responsibilities You will: • Greet arriving and departing residents. • Assist guests with luggage and transport requirements. • Deliver messages, packages and newspapers to residents' apartments. • Attend to residents' queries and provide recommendations on places of interest. • Assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements. • Ensure bell storage and trolley cleanliness. • Assist to escort guests to the room and introduce on-site amenities. • Perform related tasks as assigned.
