Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend to customer's inquiries, responding to them in a timely and accurate manner
Conduct Billing
Liaise with clients
Conduct data entry
Scanning & filing of documents
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
To highlight to supervisor on any problems encountered in the course of their duties
Comply with company policies & guidelines
Working hours:
5.5-day work week
Monday – Friday: 08:30hrs – 17:30hrs
Saturday: 08:30hrs – 12:30hrs
Performance Standards:
No complaints from direct superior
Good attitude and cooperation
Be initiative and a team player
