Conceptualize, manage and execute plans to build and elevate the flagship brand and other house brands and drive the company’s business objectives. Assist the Marketing Manager and work closely with internal stakeholders to implement, and manage marketing plans from conceptualization to execution including brand positioning, market intelligence, pricing, promotion and advertising opportunities, product value propositions, content creation and launch execution of new products. Work with ATL, Media, Digital and Public Relation agencies, external media partners and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables. Manage day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, new product development, campaign and budget tracking and reporting as necessary as related to brand development and performance.
Minimum 2 years’ brand management experience preferably in FMCG industry. Minimum Diploma holder. The ideal candidate should be pro-active, independent, resourceful, creative and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in digital marketing and new product development will be preferred. Effectively bilingual with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Able to speak eloquently and has good writing skills. Experience working on product packaging
