Job Description

•Resolve outlet delivery issue 
•Update toast department DO for outlet
•Create auto load order as ops/buyer request
•Review outlet order before cutoff time to avoid add order 
•Assist Franchises order
•Generate next day DO from system
•Assist buyer/admin team update SKU & pricing on SIMS system 
•Approve outlet goods return on SIMS system
•Assist with outlet any add order 
•Assist outlet to check supplier delivery
•Update any amended quantity from all department for next day delivery
•Ensure all the AX DO posted 
•Inform warehouse, inventory, admin and CK team all the posting issue 
•Provide all journal number for PIL billing
•Help to consolidate all the internal billing for finance department 
•Ensure all the AX DO posted 
•Inform warehouse, inventory, admin and CK team all the posting issue 
•Provide all journal number for PIL billing
•Help to consolidate all the internal billing for finance department 
•Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

•Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
