Building Technicians

Job Description

Assist in building facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works;
Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the building;
Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building / estate repair works & etc.);
Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors;
Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager;
Able to perform simple troubleshoot issues arising from Cleanroom;
Attend to breakdown of building client service calls.
