Job Description:-
•Assist in local merchant acquisition and onboarding of service points to meet expansion plans
•Provide training and guidance to operators on Shopee Express features during onboarding phase and system updates
•Maintenance and updating of service point information and settings within system
•Maintain operation standards and feedback to service points should there be customer complaints (i.e excessive parcel damage or loss, improper operating procedure)
•Consolidation of monthly billings and administrative tasks with regards to service points
•Serve as an intermediary between service point partners and internal operations team to enhance operation standards and product improvement
•Build and manage relationship with local service points and merchants to achieve overall business objectives
