•Actively solicit new business through telesales and external sales visit and turn this into increased business. •Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the customer organisation. •Research and build relationships with new clients. •Follow through the entire sales process to successful closing business deal. •Providing logistics solutions by understanding customer needs to meet customer requirements/expectations. •Preparing SOP and liaising with operations to manage incoming and outgoing shipment, provide solution to customer needs, concerns and objectives.
